Aroma: Lightly intense and persistent. Taste (mouth feel): Sweet taste and in some cases, with slight sour notes. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization, often starting at the bottom and rising in the form of a constellation. PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Lavender honey produced by our bees from the flowers of wild lavender located in the Natural Park of Sierra de Gredos. Our Organic Lavender Honey is produced by our bees from wild lavender flowers in the Natural Park of Sierra de Gredos located in the province of Ávila (Spain), at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,190 meters. Bona Mel organic lavender honey has a light amber color with reddish tones, a mild and not very persistent aroma, being sweet in the mouth and in some cases with slight acidic notes. We harvest it in June. The organic honey certification system guarantees superior product quality not only through the analysis of the final product but also through compliance with sustainable and natural management practices.
