Our apiaries where our bees produce Organic Lemon Honey are located in the organic lemon groves of Zurgena in the province of Almería (Spain). Bona Mel organic lemon honey has a light appearance, intense floral aroma, and a sweet taste in the mouth, although with a very pronounced acidic component. The harvesting season for our organic lemon honey is during the months of April and May.
