Visual appearance (colour): Clear Aroma: Floral with an intense touch. Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste, with a clear very strong acid component. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization in fine sized crystals, unless it is rich in white wall rocket (Diplotaxis erucoides).

Nuestros colmenares para que nuestras abejas elaboren la Miel de Limón Ecológica están ubicados en los campos de limoneros ecológicos de Zurgena en la provincia de Almería (España). La miel ecológica de limón Bona Mel es de aspecto claro, aroma floral intenso y de gusto dulce en boca, aunque con un componente ácido muy marcado. La temporada de recolección de nuestra miel ecológica de limón son los meses de abril y mayo.
