Bona Mel Organic Linden Honey comes from the large natural forests of Romania where bees collect nectar from linden flowers, transform it and combine it with their own substances, storing it in the honeycombs where it matures until being harvested in June to obtain this excellent, completely natural honey. Our organic linden honey has a medium-light appearance, almost transparent, a floral aroma with a marked spicy and intense component, and a peculiar taste with increased farinaceous olfactory notes in the retronasal area.
