PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Wildflower Honey prepared by our bees, originating from various Mediterranean wild flowers, found in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor. Multifloral, polyfloral, or wildflower honey is the type of honey produced when bees have pollinated fields with different types of flowers, with none of them predominating. Our Organic Wildflower Honey is produced by our bees with nectar from various Mediterranean wildflowers, and their hives are located in the Natural Parks of "Sierra Mariola" and La Safor, situated in the Valencian Community, with harvesting taking place during March and April. Bona Mel organic Wildflower honey has a fairly light color with reddish tones, a subtle floral aroma, and a sweet taste. An exquisite honey with all its properties intact due to the exhaustive care we demand of ourselves at Bona Mel as organic beekeepers.
